From multiple dinings as it was close to my house. The soup is great, variety of vegetables and flour plates but very limited on meat and other protein dishes.

Some of them are quite dry as it’s on the belt for very long while.

One time, for the first seat I was assigned, there was issue with the hotpot heating condition and adjustment volume didn’t work at all but the staffs seemed not caring at all unless I insisted to change. However, they still assigned another customer to sit in after I moved to new seat. They really didn’t care.

If you sit in the first zone from the entrance, you will be fine but if you sit in another next door room, the service will be bad as the staff will not pay much...

The shop showed online opening hour is 11 am. I went to the shop at 11.30 am and the staff said they changed to open at 12 pm now.

I went for a walk to wait and went in at 12 pm to found out they now! Open at 1 pm.

What a poor management….. staff doesn’t know what they are doing, didn’t even know the opening hour of the shop….

There are many mala restaurant nowaday. If you are keep doing your business like this, you won’t stay too long in the market.
