Paired with a bowl of fragrant Thai rice, it was a match made in heaven. I'm usually quite particular about rice, but this one was cooked to a soft, aromatic perfection.
We also indulged in a dry version of Tew Moo (Thai noodles with pork). The sauce was a delightful balance of sweet, sour, and spicy flavors. The Fried Pork Belly was another pleasant surprise. Its crispy exterior and juicy interior, combined with the dipping sauce, made for a truly satisfying dish.
