The staff’s attitude was terrible — whatever we asked for, they didn’t provide, from Wi-Fi to book a ride to just asking for extra ice. They treated customers...

น้ำมะนาว ราคา 20 บาท สูตรคือมะนาว 4 แผ่น + น้ำแข็ง + น้ำเชื่อม และเติมน้ำเปล่าจนเต็ม แต่เราว่ารสชาติจืดไป ที่ผ่านมาเลยให้พนักงานใส่น้ำเปล่าน้อย รสชาติถูกใจ ชอบมาก ซื้อมาเป็น 10 ครั้งแล้ว วันนี้เจอคนอ้างเป็นผู้จัดการ บอกว่าต้องทำตามสูตรไม่สามารถปรับตามลูกค้า ทั้งๆที่ขอคือให้เติมน้ำเปล่าจากเต็มแก้วให้ลดลงเหลือ 3/4 แค่นี้บอกทำไม่ได้ แบบนี้พูดเลยว่าไม่ฉลาด เป็นวิธีไล่ลูกค้าที่มีประสิทธิภาพมาก ร้านค้าที่ไม่ปรับตามความต้องการของลูกค้าแบบนี้ รอดูจุดจบได้เลย ตาม Tim Ho Wan...
