was so excited to come here but our experience was so disappointing. the view is beautiful but blocked with plastic walls that need to be cleaned. but most disappointed with the service. we ordered a drink and it was not good, so we asked to have the drink replaced. they agreed and took the old drink back and brought a new one. we went to pay, they hadn’t taken the first drink from the bill, and when we kindly asked why they are charging us for the first drink, they got very hostile and angry and called security in my husband and I?? so we were forced to pay for a drink we didn’t even have, on the managements mistake. The entrance at the bottom of the building in Chinatown was a little hard to find, but when we asked around for the GenZ bar, we were shown to an elevator that went to the 17th floor. The sun sets behind the building but you still get to see really nice sky colors. It wasn't crowded when we came around 6pm and there were kids too. Spend your baht elsewhere. Your time in Bangkok is limited, so go somewhere else.

Very low quality drinks. The top of the hotel is much nicer and has better views. Almost any other bar in Bankok WILL have better quality drinks. There's no difference between a cocktail and mocktail, and that's why they have to give away free drinks so they can lure customers in. Be aware!
