Walked by this shop after visiting the Kuan yim temple in the evening since it was hot during the day. Since haven't dinner to try it as I saw some diners eating it with delish.

It's pretty good. The soup has umami imo. Ordered the mixed seafood. The shop takes pride in their offering. Even devined the prawn as shown in Pic. The seafood is fresh even though I came at around 7pm and it's cooked al dente. Shall eat again after my next trip to bkk after visiting...

Found this place randomly after temple-visit in Chinatown and this might be one of the best Khao-Tom (boiled rice) place I’ve ever tried. Ordered boiled rice with everything for the topping (it has mussel, shrimp, fish, squid).

Trust me, I struggling to find the rice as they gave a lotttttt of seafood. The sauce is super good. Try to add the sauce in your bowl and also separately to dip the topping. And oh my, you’ll taste...

Restaurant in chinatown. come here around 4pm like tat. 150thaibatt one bowl, served very fresh seafood and the seafood is cooked just right, their vermicelli is damn good, their porridge is more like rice soaked in water, like Teochew style.
