O’Malley’s Irish Pub stands as a beacon of Irish hospitality, offering a warm welcome to all who pass through its doors. The pub’s atmosphere is a delightful blend of traditional Irish charm and contemporary comfort, making it the perfect spot for both lively gatherings and intimate conversations. Upon entering, you’re greeted by the rich, wooden interior and the soft glow of ambient lighting that sets the stage for an authentic Irish experience. The walls are adorned with memorabilia that tell tales of Ireland’s storied past, while the air carries the melody of classic Irish tunes that invite patrons to tap their feet along. The menu at O’Malley’s is a testament to the pub’s commitment to quality. Each dish, from the hearty Irish stew to the perfectly grilled bangers and mash, is prepared with care and served with a side of genuine hospitality. The fish and chips, a crowd favorite, feature flaky, beer-battered cod paired with golden, crispy fries – a combination that transports you straight to the Emerald Isle. But the true soul of O’Malley’s lies in its selection of beverages. The bar boasts an impressive array of Irish whiskeys and the finest stouts, including the iconic Guinness, poured with precision to achieve that creamy head and rich flavor. Whether you’re a whiskey aficionado or a beer enthusiast, the knowledgeable staff is always ready to recommend the perfect drink to complement your meal or mood. O’Malley’s isn’t just a pub; it’s a community hub where friendships are forged over pints and laughter. The staff, always friendly and attentive, ensure that every visit is memorable. And with regular events like trivia nights and live music performances, there’s always a reason to return. In summary, O’Malley’s Irish Pub is not just a place to eat and drink; it’s an experience that captures the essence of Irish culture and camaraderie. It’s where good food, great drinks, and even better company come together to create unforgettable moments. So, whether you’re in search of a taste of Ireland or simply a cozy corner to unwind, O’Malley’s Irish Pub is the place to be. Sláinte!

I’ve been in many Irish bars the world over and as a proud Irishman, I have been very regularly disappointed through prices that are deemed to be extortion, poor surroundings being pedalled as “rustic Irish”, shoddy service or a combination of all three. I am very very pleased to say O’Malleys had none of the above. Instead, we had attentive efficient staff, in very pleasing surroundings serving top quality food and drinks at exceptionally reasonable prices. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be back. Top marks guys! ADDITION: I have returned many many times since my first review above and I wouldn't change a word on the original. If you havent already been here and you're in the locality, you're missing out. Further update, Great to see the place going from strength to strength, incorporating live music on various nights now also. FURTHER ADDITION: Talk about going from strength to strength! This place never ceases to amaze me wechad the Pan Fried Salmon and Tom Yam this evening - both amazingly delicious. You're missing out big time if you're in the Silom area and don't visit here. FURTHER ADDITION: Right, this place has strived. My honest opinion is that it's the staff - all of them - that make it. You're losing out of you don't visit- seriously. Further update on 14/4/2003 Well, what can I say. The place goes from strength to strength and the staff are the best in the world! Couple this with the very best Lamb Stew I’ve eaten outside Ireland - and amazing collaboration with the external Songkran festivities - and you’ve got the perfect watering hole (IMHO) Don’t miss out on visiting this gem of Bangkok!

23 Nov 2024 back in O'Malley's for a cocktail or two with my partner on our 21st anniversary. We are having a Caipirioska and the other a Caipirinha. Hard to tell which is which🤔 230 baht each. I'm sure after we have had a couple we will be able to work out which one is which.... Maybe! Well we tried 3 each, and we'll have to come back next time to decide which one is which we complimented with a bowl of chips which is rather nice. The visit cost 1560 baht. The staff are still wonderful and friendly, one of those magnificient things that likes it always worth coming back to the bar for a celebrationary drink. Even if it's not a celebration always come back and enjoy a refreshing drink. What a lucky find, after no travel for the past 4-5 years. I wasn't even looking just walking back to the hotel and stumbled across the signage on the street. Staff welcoming, not being a beer drinker anymore the happy hour menu could have been a little bigger but no complaints. Wasn't too crowded at 430 but slowly filled up with expats or farang as expats are known in Thailand.
