Guilty Samui — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

We've been staying at the Anantara Vacation Club for the past two nights and dined elsewhere, but a friend in Phuket told me about this restaurant and as soon as I saw the ceviche menu I knew I wanted to go. I love ceviche but I find it hard to find in Thailand.

We made reservations for sunset, sat by the pool and just enjoyed appetizers. First they made us guacamole table-side and we could taste it before it was served. We added a little lime and it was delicious. The avocados were perfect.

Then they brought out the Yellow Tiger Milk tuna ceviche and this is one of the best things we've ever tasted. It's tangy and spicy and full and rich and scrumptious. The cold water tuna has perfect flavor and texture.

We had some wagyu sushit but I wouldn't order it again. Just not for us. So we ordered a second round of ceviche which was a perfect finish.

it's pricy compared to the food we usually eat but hey, we're on holiday and it's that kind of place. We had another pricey Thai food meal the night before but the Guilty was far far better. It was worth every satang.

I had an an amazing evening with my friends at this restaurant! The Latin-themed dinner was a true highlight, but the live entertainment was a pleasant surprise! The acrobatic dancers and fire performances were nothing short of breathtaking, and the DJ-led ambient music provided the perfect backdrop to the evening.

But of course, we can't forget about the food! From the starters to the desserts, every dish was delightful. The chefs clearly know their craft, and the Latin-inspired flavors made for a truly unique dining experience.
