I went there some days ago after I had read some reviews. I ordered Malai Kofta (vegeterian) my favorite dish. When I was served I was really disappointed that there were only 2 Kofta in the tiny dish and not much gravy. When one of the many staff came by I told him that the portion was very small. He shrugged it off, smiled and went away.
Half of my rice was still sitting there after I had finished the Kofta and gravy.
After about 20 minutes one of the ladies came and asked whether everything had been ok. I told her that I would love to finish my rice but there was no gravy left and could I please have some more. (Actually the male waiter should have asked about it from the start) So I was brought more gravy. Had I not complained twice everything would have gone unnoticed. The food was nothing special and totally overpriced given the quantity.
I rate this experience with 2 stars only because my initial complaint was totally ignored and although there were 4-5 staff standing aroung (I was the only guest) nobody cared about me or took me seriously until I asked in the end.
I cannot recommend this restaurant firstly for the small portions they serve and secondly for the owners and employees who do not really care. This is simply bad customer service.
Today I went to Curry Hut and had a totally different experience. Super friendly people, good quality food and a bigger quantity. Really...

On 19th we had to catch a flight from koh sumai to bangkok. In security check in one lady who was checking our bags keep on pulling all bags from inside and misplaced one of our bags. After reaching to bangkok i decided to take something out of my bag and found out that the bag was not there . Me and my husband got scared and panicked and in a while we figured out that it was left at koh sumai airport , we tried to reach airways but there was no help. No one from lost nd found was picking the calls. And then we remember there is an outlet of Noori india at the airport. We decided to give them a call. Mr Amit picked up the call and gave his employee number who was there . He reached and found our bags with the help of our passports. Airlines directly denied to send it and there was no flight available for us to go back and pick up the bags . We talk to Mr Amit again and he said let me check , he sent the bag and belongings to bangkok to help us . It is still unbelievable for me that someone will do this to help. But it happened to me and store the faith in humanity. Ps: The bag has some valuable items so it was very important to me.
