The Pizza Company Samui หาดเฉวง — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

Dear Customer Services,

I am a long term customer of The Pizza Company.

However, I visited your restaurant in Koh Samui yesterday and was devastated by the appalling service I received.

From walking into the restaurant, there was only 1 waitress & 1 chef with a 30% capacity eating inside the restaurant.

I ordered my food quickly and waited for 30 minutes before the food had arrived. It was another 10 minutes after the food arrived when my drink was received.

The waiter was too busy entering some details on the computer whilst my food was waiting by the kitchen for over 7 minutes waiting to be served? The waitress could see that the pizza was ready but yet waited for her to finish entering some details onto the computer before serving the food to a customer?

Does this make sense to you? Is this the service you call responsible? Should the food be waiting for over 7 minutes to be served whilst the waiter was busy on the computer? Should I eat cold pizza? Should I have paid for this service?

Other customer were also complaining but the waitress did not bother resolving any issues?

The service was so bad that I believe the Koh Samui restaurant should close if it cannot maintain a standard that your company should uphold?

I am terribly upset about this situation and the service was completely unacceptable.

Well where shall I begin? The welcome we received should be marked in the minuses. We were pointed in the direction of a table and handed an encyclopedia of pizza and pasta dishes. Our order was eventually taken after 30 minute wait. We sat patiently awaiting our delicious pizza and pasta or so we thought. Our starter arrived which was ok. Surely cheese garlic bread is easy to produce. Another 20 minutes we waited for our mains to arrive. Bare in mind 3 of us were dining. The 2 pepperoni pizzas arrived. Well shall I say pizza is NOT their forte was surprised we didnt hear the ping of the microwave. The pizzas were and tasted like cardboard replicas of the real thing. After waiting a further 30 minutes for my lasagne to arrive we decided to get the check and leave. The whole place is understaffed. Dirty tables are left waiting to be cleaned and their customer service skills lack any form of comment. The only pl us side is the place is air conditioned. There are plenty of other places that offer better pizza for a fraction...

Was very good pizza, its American style, so its not like a European pizza, i saw some reviewers saying it was a pie and some said they dont know how to make a pizza, i can tell the pizza was perfect by American standards, but ye sure for me personally i like Pizza Hut more, but its personal preference. Also i mat say, it was great they had the alternative to make your pizza with your personal choice of ingredients. Only thing that i can complain about is we got one pizza with wrong selection. For us it was ok. Normal European (not stone oven) pizza takes about 20min if they are American style thickness. So people complain it took forever... im pretty sure you are not aware of this. I really recommend trying som delicious pizza, we chose cheese crust, it was delicious! I recommend a medium size if you are eating there, cause of the thickness, large one if you are sharing, or want a doggy bag after. And also the Italian sausage...
