Copacabana Restaurants Central Festival Samui — Restaurant in Ko Samui

Host was very talkative and friendly which is why we ended up sitting down. Little did we know he was actually the witch lurling us into the candy brick house. Drinks are wonderful if you enjoy sweet drinks. I had the Woo woo which I really enjoyed, but then I have a sweet tooth and enjoy my alcohol not to taste like alcohol. My boyfriend order a white Russian which was alot more Russian then white. And the best part happy hour is right now.... lol there is no time specified on happy hour. We then ordered a mushroom soup which tasted like it would have been better placed ontop of a cheese burger rather then served at soup. It lacked flavour and was frankly too thick to be considered as a soup. So let's just say we had the mushrooms sauce. I then ordered a Tom Yum prawn and noodle soup for my main course. I started eating and low and behold I could not find a noodle is sight. I then asked if they could please give me the noodles that come with my soup. Overall after fixing the missing noodle problem the Tom Yum tasted like any other I've had before, nothing exceptly to write home about. My boyfriends on the other hand ordered the chicken burger. To which I would say he got the crispy cardboard burger. When you bite into it you get a whole lot of of crumbs and no chicken or anything else containing an inkling of flavour. I don’t understand the existence of this restaurant for such a poor service and horrible food … The pictures of the menu is sooooo amazing that you want to get in. THE food has nothing to do with the picture. We order 500+ baht worth of scallops ( with lemon sauce) comes overcooked and rubbery. And, another dish 400+ of pasta prawn 🦐 with cream sauce…. Comes with boiled pasta , zero seasoning and NO CREAM SAUCE and 4 shrimps aside….. showed the plate to the waiter and he says ”oh my god”, takes the plate back to the kitchen and comes out with cream sauce which is blended just like that on the plate ( they didn’t even bother to put it in the pan and let it well blend) ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING 🤮, ordered Fish….. GAWd, another overcooked dish….. I took few spoons of the pasta, added salt and pepper…. Yet horrible

we didn’t finish any of the dishes and paid 1500 THB and left with horrible feeling.

On top, came back home with upset stomach …..

The restaurant next door PARMA is great… been there three times and had great experience so decided to give this one a chance.

I would say…. DO NOT GO Waste of money , time and energy….

Good food, but it’s such a shame because of terrible service. The two Burmese men, messed but our order, because the graphics on the menu is wrong.

Once I raised the issue that the order is wrong the they were giving us dirty look, said they will not change for us because then the restaurant have to pay extra for the wrong order.

Argued for awhile they finally admit that it’s their fault and will change for us. Took the food back, promise to order the correct one for us. 30 minutes passed, the food haven’t arrive. So I call them again and ask what’s up. They said oh I didn’t order for you. Haha would you like one now?
