HIGH HEADED OWNER OF SANJHA CHULAHA WHO MISBEHAVED WITH US ON MAKING COMPLAINT FOR INFERIOR QUALITY OF PISTA MALAI KULFI.
The Quantity of the food is really less. Other restaurants like the most famous Mrs. Balbirs Restaurant in Bangkok, offers a good amount of quantity of food.
We ordered for 2 Malai Kulfi's as we were told by the waiter that it is Malai Kulfi and it's picture in the menu was with full of pista on the Kulfi.
The Kulfi that was served to us was absolutely plain without any pista and moreover there was no malai in it.
The Kulfi was just shit made milk with cornflour mixed in it. It was not tasting good and tasted stale.
My wife returned the Kulfi to the waiter after having a bite and I somehow had it inspite of the fact that it was not good and had no pista and malai in it.
When the bill was given to us, they had charged us for 2 Kulfi's. We asked the waiter to charge us for 1 Kulfi only as the other one was returned not being good.
The owner who had just come a few minutes back and was at the counter refused for deleting amount of 1 Kulfi and started arguing with us that you had one Kulfi and that was ok and how come the other one was not ok.
We tried to explain him that 1 Kulfi, I had it forcefully although it was not good as there was no malai and pista in it and it was just a plain milk with cornflour mixed in it.
The owner started arguing and literally fighting with us and asked us to get the kulfi tested in the Laboratory.
We asked him to have one Kulfi himself rightinfront of us and show us the Malai in it and Pista as shown in the picture.
We ultimately asked him to charge for 2 Kulfi and came out from there as it was a matter of hardly THB 50.only.
This kind of arrogant attitude and behavior and that too by the owner of the restaurant and who is into service industry is just not acceptable.
It seems he is flying too high and with such arrogant attitude and behavior and that too with the customer who is making a complaint is not the right way of dealing. The owner has no etiquette’s and manners on how to talk to customers.
My sincere advise to all not to visit such restaurant whose owner is arrogant and high headed and has no value for the customers. Mukesh...
Read moreAfter shopping l was feeling like a light though substantial healthy meal. I saw one of the staff members outside and l sat down with him and looked at the menu. He never pressured me though instead asked how my day was and did I have fun shopping. The menu looked appealing and well priced so on l went inside. The staff inside were very welcoming and extremely happy. The restaurant was quite empty though it was a quiet night in general and one has to take into account that there are many many restaurants in this area. I ordered a Dal Tadka, raita and tandoori roti. The meal came out very quickly and well presented. The taste of everything was truly superb. I couldn’t have asked for a more nourishing meal. Excellent place to eat and...
