I stayed for 3 nights—it was worth the price and very suitable for budget travellers. Check-in is on 2pm, but we arrived at around 12 and were allowed to do it early. ฿100 deposit/key card. Quiet neighbourhood, just a few meters from the main road and bus stop. 9/10 will be staying here again next time I visit Bangkok. Double deluxe room is spacious and didn't smell like tobacco 👏. No cupboard but you can borrow clothes hangers on the receptionist for free. Room service everyday and they'd changed your towels and add your toiletries too. Only got 500ml bottled water per day tho, but there are plenty 711 nearby (฿14 for 1.5L). The hotel isn't that far away from Ratchaprarop (good shortcut if you want to go to around Sukhumvit but don't want to walk all the way to Chitlom lol) and Victory Monument (to go to Chatuchak market) station too. Go Ang & Kuang Heng chicken, TofuSkincare, December's, Pratunam market, Platinum Mall, Big C, CentralWorld, Siam Paragon are 1-2km ish from here but the area is very walkable so it didn't matter much for me. From DMK, take bus no A3 or 504 and tell the ticket person: 'Rangnam road'. From BKK, take airport train and got off at Ratchaprarop station.

Probably the best hotel we've stayed in during our trip to Bangkok. Room is big enough for three with space enough for the luggages. They provided coffee capsules and coffee machine, toiletries, towels and room cleaning everyday. The room has a mini fridge as well and security deposit machine. The beds are huge and comfy. Checking in and checking out was smooth and quick. My fave part was the huge tub in the bathroom where you can soak in warm bath after a long day of walking. Their breakfast buffet has a variety of options. From main dishes to bread and fruits. Location was strategic as well, just right along the main highway, making Grab bookings easier. Lots of massage parlors, coffee shops and street food stands are close to the hotel. Ratchathewi station is a 5-8 minute walk. They have an available pool but we weren't able to check it. They have coin laundry as well. This place is complete and a perfect place to stay when you're in Bangkok.

I checked in at Feb. 8th for 4 days staying. A day after, I came back the hotel around 5pm. I realized my room got cleaned by someone and my money was stolen. I did checked everywhere and let the hotel know about that. They told me because I didn’t put it in the safety box which was not their fault and I could report to the police if I want to. And I report to tourism police and they came over the hotel to take my information and file an report and also it is under investigation right now. I tried to talk with the hotel’s manager in person but they weren’t available at that time. I really disappointed with the way people here taking care of their custormers. A good hotel is where customers feel safely to stay with their belongings. If someone jumps in the same situation like me please call the hotline 1155 ( tourism police). They are really nice, supportive and helpful.

We returned to Bangkok and decided to give a try to this 6 month new hotel. It's price was SGD$73 per night for a deluxe king but room sizes are similar even in the deluxe queen or deluxe double rooms. Front desk service is good and polite. And they provide free flow white bread and cappuccino in the lobby. But if you drank up the 2 bottles of water provided, the hotel sells bottled water at 10 bahts. The hotel is only 15 minutes walk to Pratunam but you'd need to cross 2 busy streets and a rail road just follow the locals and raise your hand to wave at the driver before crossing the road. Ratchprarop airport rail is also 5 minutes walk from the hotel and connects conveniently to the rest of the rail network. Food wasn't a problem as a 10 minute walk we arrive at Rangnam road where we visited the Famous Kuam Seafood restaurant as well as the variety of eateries, as well as shopping delights at King Power duty free and Century Mall at Victory monument. But if you are a light sleeper then this hotel isn't for you. Thin walls was a problem and others people chatting can be heard quite abit. Thin windows and lack of soundproofing also let in all the motor cycle and motor vehicle noises into the late night and very early mornings. The rooms do not have any wardrobe too so there were no extra pillows to sandwich myself for each of the 5 nights I stayed. I regretted paying up for my entire stay when I arrived because as early as my first night, the city noises bothered me. I would recommend the hotel because it's clean, new and friendly service. And they acknowledge that the way the hotel was oriented meant that no room was quieter nor noisier than another. If walking to the train station or Rangnam road for food is your plan then please remember to raise your hand and make eye contact with the driver before...

I don’t usually review on hotels. But this is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed throughout the trip. Been seeing a lot of good reviews for this hotel turns out to be a disaster. Went for an early check in but to no avail, so I deposited my luggage at the counter and come back later for check in. Only to realize my bag is being cut open on the edge for no reason. About the room itself, the toilet is mouldy. And the scraps around the bathtub looks disgusting. Toilet is not fully covered as it’s a glass sliding door the top edge of the main door is not fully covered. Shower is horrible as the water pressure is uneven so yeah enjoy getting hot and cold shower water throughout. We stayed for 2 nights and the first night has no hot water. Reception is rude, be it morning or night shift. Unhelpful and acting dumb is probably the most suitable words I can describe. Directions on the hotel was unclear so basically grab keeps going to the hotel in front named hotel de Bangkok. Do not come if u have a lot of luggage as the hotel won’t have any bell boy or extra trolley to help u bring up your room. The sound proof of the room is horrible too. As we can hear clearly word by word on next doors conversation. Yes we heard unwanted noise from couples too. Around the hotel has no massage parlour as well. The alley is dark and dangerous, barely can see any tuktuk nearby. No 7e nearby too. When asked the staff on directions, ask us to walk when we requested her to help type in our phone for the exact pinpoint. She say just walk. Yeah we can’t even take grab at this point. Never...

Stayed here for five nights during July 2022, although the location is great, just a few minutes walk from Ratchaprarop Airport Link station, but the hospitality and services are worst and not represent Thai hospitality. The front desk staffs don't seem like to show you welcome grimace. The lobby is quite big but no sitting sofa except high chairs and a long stone chair which was not comfortable at all to sit. Free coffee machine and microwave at lobby. The room is average and I stay in a room with bathtub but no shower screen, so you need to sit or squat in the bathtub while having shower. During my five nights stay, I need to ask for the Nescafe every day, only the first morning they replenish it. Bathroom amenities are complete, and they do give two free bottle of water every day. Although the hotel is one block from the highway, but you will experience the traffic noise until midnight. No breakfast option and eating place is not around the hotel area. You need to walk to Rangnam Road to find the meals. Public transportation is easy, but as usual you need to know where to go otherwise it is not easy to use public bus in Bangkok. I don't think I will return to stay although the location is quite near to airport train station, but the hospitality and traffic noise have...
