Sentimental Friends — Restaurant in Thanon Phetchaburi Subdistrict

Quite possibly the worst restaurant experience that I have ever had. We tried to order drinks, but the waitress told us that they were out of their whole drink menu. I got a water instead, but it never came.

For entrees, we ordered spicy noodle stir fry, crab and sausage fried rice, and scallops and pork in chili sauce. The crab in the fried rice was gross, inedible, and 99% shells. The kitchen was also out of scallops, but still brought us the stir fry dish with all pork instead without asking us if that was okay. When we got the bill, they refused to lower the price of the dish even though it was all pork instead of half pork half scallops.

Really disappointed in this place. Maybe it was just an off day, but there was really not a single positive about the...

Nice place... nice menu, but a lot of dishes crossed off the menu... I ordered the scallops sautéed with pork, but I never found the scallops.... I didn't feel like making a fuss... otherwise the dish was decent without being extraordinary... good rice... the detail that doesn't deceive... it's like for bread in Europe... the clientele is Thai... two dishes, two rices, a 750 smoothie for two with a large Leo... well, a little more expensive than street food, but as the absence of scallops doesn't go down well... I won't be...

Well, let's start with the only bad thing: it's pricey. You can get decent food for half the price and even less. A decent meal for a couple will cost around 800 THB. Now, for the good part: the food. Amazing variety and tastes, no flops, clean and esthetic serving and pleasant service. Every time we visit Bangkok, we eat and experiment at the street all day and "spoil" ourselves...
