Overall: I was very with the coffee, the food and the service here.

Coffee: my Americano was decent, and I liked the macaroon that came with it. Nice.

Food: I was satisfied with all the dishes we got: ▪️ Hoki Poke Salad (Tuna poke, mango, ponzu-soy vinaigrette with seasonal ice plant) — it was my first time having ice plant, and I really liked the crunchiness. The seasoning was alright though, nothing too special. Salad is always a good choice if you’re ordering something heavy and greasy like pizza and pasta. ▪️ Gravlax & Cream (Gravlax, dill, spring onion, mozza- rella and sour cream) — the pizza dough was amazing. You know how your teeth can hurt after chewing pizza for a long time? Forget about that! The dough here is just right. It went perfect with my favorite Cholula hot sauce. ▪️ Tiger Prawn (Fettuccine with tiger prawns, tomato, brandy, cream and parsley) — the pasta was well cooked, and the sauce was great and not too salty. My only complaint would be the fact that the tiger prawns weren’t fresh. The heads fell off. Fresh prawns should have their heads intact. Bruh, if you can’t serve fresh tiger prawns, serve something else. Don’t ruin your great dish with those not so fresh prawns. ▪️Catch of the Day — soooooooo good. The fish (I don’t even remember what it was) was perfectly cooked. The skin was crispy, and the fish was well seasoned. The potatoes and that sauce that came along were great. 👌🏻

Service: decent service. It was a little hard to get their attention, but it’s understandable because the restaurant is quite big, and there weren’t that many staff.

Parking: you can park in the hotel’s parking lot — free parking if you get a stamp at the restaurant.

From the moment I walked in, an enticing atmosphere of warmth, ample space, and distinctly pleasing ambience enveloped me, setting the stage for an unforgettable gastronomical journey.

Profoundly impressed by their rich, aromatic coffee, velvety lattes, and refreshing smoothies, Chim Chim already had me hooked before I even ventured into their exquisite food offerings. It is, without any doubt, the place to visit for beverage enthusiasts.

What makes Chim Chim truly stand out, however, is their exceptional cuisine. I delighted in what was quite possibly the best crispy chicken burger in existence - an explosion of savory flavors that evoked bliss with every bite. It was sheer culinary artistry on a plate, underlining the talented chefs' undeniable skill.

But the extraordinary dining experience did not end with the perfect food and drinks. Chim Chim is also blessed with an incredibly personable and efficient staff. Here, I'd love to extend my heartfelt thanks to our waitress, Ms. Baitoey and Bow. Her kindness radiated throughout our interaction, further enhancing our dining experience with a touch of personal connection.

I must add, the efficient service wasn't just friendly - it was timely, too. We didn't have to wait long for our culinary delicacies to arrive, leaving us more time to savor our meals and making our visit smoother and overall, more enjoyable.

beautiful interior, lots of seats available when we visited on a weekday morning. very carefully curated design and little spots to explore. the tiramisu dessert drink was good, everything else we ordered fell far below expectations. sweet and salty stax - pancakes were very mushy in texture. bacon was tasteless and hard (rather than crisp), it appeared to be turkey bacon instead of regular pork bacon. the beer cheese sauce tasted neither like beer nor cheese, it was bland and tasted floury. the only thing that met expectations was the egg. spiced Benny - chorizo tasted and looked more like some sort of ham rather than chorizo, the Chipotle/ hollandaise sauce was also slightly bland. crispy roasted potatoes - potatoes were not crispy at all, and again, the cheese sauce tasted bland and floury. overall we were really disappointed :( food sounded so delicious and flavourful according to the menu descriptions and we were looking forward to this meal, but all the dishes fell flat and ended up tasting bland... for the price as well, other cafes are serving much better quality food. might come back in the late afternoon to try their drinks instead, saw there was a happy hour promo (1 for...
