Shinkanzen Sushi MBK (FL2) — Restaurant in Wang Mai Subdistrict

I waited 35 minutes it was so busy so I thought the food would be amazing!

Firstly I ordered the beef and it come cold supposed to be a hot dish, the staff didn’t speak English we had to use Google translate. I said the meat was cold please can I have it hot, she drops a bag in front of me and walks away? I was so confused called the manager and explained the food was cold I asked for it to be hot please. About 6 staff members stood over me I didn’t understand what they was saying opened the bag walked away and come and put it back on the table still cold. So I said cancel the order your not understand me they said ok.

I had a pork stater that’s was ok, when I gets to the till they charged me for the whole meal and said well you orders it I explained you give me cold food I sent it back and you put it in a bag and then re opened it.

Anyway I paid because they insisted on me paying really bad attitudes pulling faces at me. Then 4 hours later I was being sick got food poisoning so not a great experience. Not sure why...

I usually eat here and order E-delivery but this is the first time I am not comfortable with their service. We feel not respect from the door girl with Kimono. We wait and sit front restaurant. Our queue is B30 and make sure that they call B29 3-4 times more and jump to B31, not call us. After that we go inside and supervisor told us wait for next table without apolozise. Then ok we waited until next they called another next queue not us, we waited again. When we order we were confuse about menu and ask the door girl but she answer us by bad attitude on her face, that is her bad and now she pissed of us 😂😂😂 I am so angry and write these comment at the table. Door girl mission to be welcome guest and take orders but she can not speak even little English at MBK center. There are many foreigners here. I don't wanna too much about her except her attitude, she needs to be trained to be get...

Great idea, awful execution by the staff. Terrible, slow service. We ordered multiple items, and after only a few were delivered a waitress dropped the check on our table and walked away. We hadn't received everything we ordered, nor did she say anything to us.

I'm actually still sitting here waiting because we finally got our second round ordered by flagging down someone (took multiple tries) and explained whaylt we wanted. I have been watching another couple try to get the waitstaff's attention for about five minutes.

Come in expecting poor and inattentive service, don't be afraid to stop random waiters to get help, and expect a long wait for your food.
