Bad service

Have been waited for 30mins and still couldn't get a bowl of ice cream at the half-empthy shop!!

The staffs just stand at the counter talking to each other in stead of making eye contact with customers or come to clean the table. We waved our hands for 5 min until someone recognize us. We asked what happen with our order and the staff just simply said she will check and never came back for any explanations.

We decided that 30 mins is fair enough for us to leave and give this branch 1 star (i would give zero if google allows).
