I ordered explicitly non-spicy Tom Yum Soup after the waiter said they have a non-spicy option. As I saw the red oil when they delivered the dish, I asked specifically if it is non-spicy and the waiter confirmed. Though the dish was spicy when I tried it. When I asked why I was not served what I ordered, the waiter appeared to not understand English and called a colleague who explained that I was served medium spicy. When I explained this is not what I ordered, they just apologized, and that was it. They didn't even bring me tissues until I asked for such. Came here for new years eve didnt really expect an excellent, fast service as there were a lot of people to take care of. However, having to buy a set of menu is rather shocking when you can't even change the drink on it because the one wwe wanted had wine and neither of us drink wine. We ordered fish and some mussels, then got told that the manager has said they're stopped selling fish because it'll take too long then after we finished the food, we saw other tables had fish?? My 2nd visit after 5 years. Totally disappointed , waste of money. Standards dropped so much , the chef practically don't understand the characteristics of seafood. All over cooked except fried rice. The strange thing is I see all the seafood alive swimming in the tanks of the restaurant but the food doesn't taste like it's fresh.
