Usually not that bad- as long as there are not too many ppl. But the quality compared to other swensen‘s is inferior- especially bingsu lack quality. Today we waited 40 minute for bingsu and got a half sized portion after we asked again about our order. They said they did it new but they didn’t. They just put more ice flake on the old bingsu and topped it with cocoa powder. They not even removed the toppings. They forgot the waffle+ the cream too. Thats just awful service- no matter how...
