There are so many good things about this place that I don’t even know where to start honestly, so I’m using talk to text to get all of my thoughts out. The location of this place is so well hidden that it lends itself to a really beautiful serene piece of land once you enter the property. The entryway is inviting and majestic almost. Compared to the roads that you access to get to this location, when you arrive at the entry it’s a lot of greenery and earthiness that attracts you. It’s like experiencing Tulum in Thailand. They have a variety of different stations for food where everything is made and the design of this property really lends itself to outdoor tropical living with small houses for different kitchen needs. For example, they have a house where bread is made and another house where pizza and the pizza oven is located which you can see inside of especially at night; this property comes to life. I recommend catching the sunset here and just getting a booth table with the net bed adjacent so that you can observe the sun setting over the ocean with the mountains in the far range and capture the candy the cotton candy skies as a sunsets w/ little glimpses of People playing different water sports on the horizon. It is absolutely amazing. The drinks are good and the menu is extensive and the food is typical of Thailand, and reasonably priced in my opinion for what you get here. There is so much more I could say about this beach club, but I invite you to check out my YouTube video where I take you on a tour of this magnificent place and show you better than I can tell you how awesome it is and why I recommended so much. We came here for lunch on a Saturday. Upon arriving, you have to wait to be seated. They have large dining capacity so no need to wait that long. I saw pictures of the place before going but I was worried that it would be too hot to enjoy the place during midday in alfresco dining. I forgot that since it was literally a beachfront that it would be windy and there were more than enough shade and cooling provided by the greenery and the whole setup of the place. Also, there was an air conditioned hall/dining area. Every corner is picturesque so no need to worry about getting the best spot as wherever you may be seated is instagram-ready. From where we were, I could see the beach and the people swimming, enjoying the waters and the sun. There were numerous staff ready to take our order, clean the table, or just attend to us for whatever request we had. The food was okay, enough to fill us for our next activity after that lunch. Just a heads up, I don’t know if it’s a thing in Thailand and while I don’t mind at all, it was interesting that they charge for a glass of ice (5 baht). They run a business so that’s fair. After our lunch, we walked around to see the place and it was such a wonderful sight. The sunshine beaming through the trees. The wind blowing my hair away, getting us all cooled down. The ambiance was chill, relaxing, and reminded me of Mactan, Cebu. I could imagine how great enjoying the sunset will be in this place and the golden hour. Thanks for giving us a wonderful time!

This is my first time trying to write a review on Google (screenshot attached). The experience was so bad that I felt very uncomfortable and discriminated against. The restaurant did not respect its customers. We chose this restaurant based on a friend's recommendation, who said the sea view was worth visiting and the food was delicious. On the first day, we entered the restaurant around 5:40 pm and were given a seat at the back. We asked the waiter if we could change seats, and he refused, saying some seats were already booked (highlight this point). I saw some seats were still empty, and even if some were booked, I clearly saw that the reservation time had passed a long time. Out of respect for the restaurant, I chose the seat he provided and ordered food. The taste of the food is good. The three of us spent a total of 3200 Thai baht. Since this restaurant has a very beautiful sunset view, we were very satisfied after dinner and wanted to visit the restaurant again the next day. After paying the bill, I told the front desk that I wanted to book a seat for the next day. They said I could book through Instagram or Line. I said, "Can I use the phone call to make a reservation?" Because for some reason, our app market banned similar software. She said you'd better download it. After a long time, I finally found my account and sent a reservation request to them. When I saw the private message reply asking about the number of people and name, I began to supplement the details. They did not reply to me afterwards. The next day, I tried to send them a message again, and their account was online at that time, but they still did not reply to my message. I tried to call, but no one answered. Out of desperation, I kindly expressed my desire to book a seat at 11:25 am again by email. All the above methods did not get any reply. I have been actively waiting for the result. It was not until 12:30 am that this account began to reply to my message, and these messages were also not actively helping me with the reservation. I am very dissatisfied with the response from the online customer service of this restaurant. I have been trying to contact them positively since yesterday, but I hardly received any feedback until just a little bit before 1:00 pm (and it was not a proactive response to help us with the reservation). I even tried calling and sending emails. I could see that they were online, but there was no response from them. Their behavior makes me feel that they are treating us differently and it is very impolite. It is because of our liking for this restaurant that we wanted to visit again today. However, I feel that their actions are very disrespectful to customers. Regarding the deposit issue, I asked them from the beginning, but they seemed to be shirking responsibility and did not accurately answer my question until they deliberately told me in a sarcastic tone at the reservation deadline that if the reservation could not be completed by 1:00 pm, it would not be considered a successful reservation. From the above, I feel that the restaurant has not spent effort on respect, and it is very obvious that locals get better seating conditions than foreigners, even though we spend more on food but still do not feel respected. It is ridiculous that the reservation process is very absurd. After I said they were not respectful, she suddenly changed her mind and said you can make a reservation, but you have to pay a deposit of 2000 Thai baht. I said I accepted it at the beginning, and then a QR code and link were thrown out. For some reason, I did not succeed in paying, so the customer service told me that you still have the opportunity to choose a seat by walk-in. At that time, I really felt disrespected and angry about the whole process. If the taste of the food is 5 stars, then the overall score of the store is only 1 star. Btw, the funniest thing is that I found that the email I sent at 11:25 am was not replied until 6:00 pm that night, even though I had said my email sending time when I practiced for the first time at noon.

A Complete Disaster – Avoid Oxygen Beachfront Oasis Our experience at Oxygen Beachfront Oasis on November 20th, during my wife’s birthday, was nothing short of a nightmare. Being on holiday in Pattaya, I wanted to make her day special. On November 18th, I visited the venue in person to inquire about options for celebrating her birthday. To my surprise, the receptionist could barely speak English and told me they had no birthday packages or services. Even more frustrating, I was told I couldn’t make a reservation in person but had to use a QR code to contact them via Line or Facebook. I was astonished—why send a customer away to make an online inquiry after they’ve taken the time to visit in person? The next day, I downloaded the Line app and messaged them, as well as reached out via Facebook. I was again informed that they had no birthday services or offers. They also mentioned a 2,000-baht deposit was required for reservations, which was non-refundable unless fully consumed. Any unused amount could only be spent on takeout. I attached screenshots of this ridiculous exchange. Despite all of this, my wife and I decided to give them a chance because the venue itself seemed promising. On November 20th, at 7:30 PM, we arrived without a reservation. We were seated and handed menus. While browsing, I noticed an entire page dedicated to birthday celebrations with cakes, balloons, and other decorations. To add insult to injury, moments later, a team of waiters approached a nearby table singing “Happy Birthday” while presenting a cake! I was absolutely furious and ready to leave but decided not to ruin the evening entirely. However, things only got worse. In the 20 minutes we sat there, not a single waiter came to take our order. Even after asking two waiters to assist us, nobody came. After 30 minutes of waiting, we decided we’d had enough and left. At the reception, we asked to speak with the manager. When he finally arrived, it was clear he couldn’t understand a word of English. We explained our experience, but nothing was resolved. The result? A ruined birthday, wasted time, and a deeply disappointed wife. I’m shocked that in such a touristic area as Pattaya, a venue of this size doesn’t have staff who can communicate in basic English. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your special occasions ruined. (Attached: a photo of the birthday page in their menu and a video of staff celebrating another table’s birthday.)

Went here two times with friends and was hoping the second time would be better than the first time, but unfortunately both visits had the same result. So the atmosphere is probably the main reason why people come to this restaurant. It looks great walking in, but once seated, you quickly realize that it will not be the most enjoyable experience. If you come for dinner there will be live music consisting of a man an woman. He is playing a guitar and singing and she is just singing. Result: both cannot sing very well and in between songs they banter with each other and laugh at their own jokes. Would be better with no music. Next we have the service, or lack of service. Waiters and waitresses are beyond terrible. The ones we had could not speak English and they could barely speak and understand Thai. We waited a long time to even get them to come take a drink order. Then they stood there and waited for our food order instead of going to get the drinks first. We had to ask 10 times for them to bring glasses with ice so we could pour the bottles of sparkling water. I guess they expected us to chug the water straight out of the bottle. Then the dishes all came at random times and not in the order we requested. Every dish was rather cold and not very tasty. The satay was like rubber. The salmon had a very strong, non salmon fishy smell. Overall, the food was disappointing and cold. We thought we would try our luck with dessert but we were told they could not serve dessert as it was after 2130. Then we sat there and watched the tables to our left and right order dessert after us. So we threw up the white flag, waited and waited for the check and left. I believe the main reason the food is always served cold is because the serving staff have to run all over the place to retrieve the dishes from their respective locations where they are cooked. Not a smart layout, especially when the serving staff has no sense of urgency nor do they seem to care if the dishes arrive cold. Skip this place if you are looking for a delicious and relaxing dining experience. Oh, let me mention the view of the beach and water. It would be nice if not for all of the garbage and waste littering almost every meter of it.

We visited The Oxygen Beachfront Oasis Pattaya for a meal that cost us around 1,500 Thai Baht per person, including cocktails, appetizers, mains, and desserts. Positive Aspects: - The ambiance of The Oxygen is truly its crowning glory. With tasteful decor and generous spacing, the restaurant offers a serene view of the ocean, making for a calming and tranquil dining experience. - The professionalism displayed by the waiting staff was commendable. Although some had average English skills, they made a conscientious effort to explain and communicate effectively. - The value for money at this restaurant is outstanding. The menu boasts a variety of Thai and Western dishes, providing ample choices to suit different palates. Areas for Improvement: - The restaurant seemed to be understaffed at times. The waiters were sometimes too busy to attend promptly to the diners' requests. - Mosquitoes were a bit of a nuisance, detracting from the overall experience. Some more effective pest control measures could be beneficial. - While the food was flavorful, unfortunately, it often arrived at the table lukewarm. No matter how delicious the cuisine, it's challenging to fully enjoy a meal that has lost its intended temperature. In conclusion, The Oxygen Beachfront Oasis offers a fantastic environment and good value for money with a diverse menu. With some adjustments in staffing, pest control, and food temperature maintenance, this could easily become one of the top dining experiences in Pattaya.
