Cross Pattaya Pratamnak — Hotel in Pattaya City

So my friend and I we just decided to leave Bangkok and go and do a one night stay in Pattaya for a quick getaway relax have fun and rejuvenate!

My friend had already booked the hotel and I joined her for one night as we were invited to a private party !

So we decided to double up and we had a really good time !

The beds are comfortable the pillows were nice and it was very clean !

We got there early enough so we could enjoy the poolside we ordered the prawn 🍤 pomelo salad we were both hungry 😋

The next day before we were checking out we decided to go sit at the pool to relax listen to a podcast and do whatever and we were starving so we ordered the rocket prosciutto pizza 🍕 which ended up to be a disaster! The crust underneath was completely uncooked it felt like you were eating raw dough ! There was no rocket on the pizza they brought it out as if to say we wouldn’t notice- they finally figured out what to do with our rocket which they brought and put on the pizza but it didn’t take away the raw dough feeling that you were eating because the crust was not done! I couldn’t even eat it so they compensated by allowing me to order another thing on the menu which was chicken wings and of course they comped the chicken wings which wasn’t what we were looking for in any case that was very nice of him to do that but we ended up leaving over half the pizza even my friend couldn’t eat it !

The staff was really nice very sweet and very apologetic !

Apart from that I would highly recommend to stay here the vibe of this hotel is very nice !

What an amazing weekend getaway! We didn’t realize when we booked but the hotel officially opened on March 1 and you would have thought they had been running for years.

The hotel is about 75 rooms in a 5 story nicely styled building. The interior design creates this nice touch of modernism with just the right touch of local influences and the use of selected color also perfect. We had one of the ocean suites in the corner on the 5th and it was spectacular. Only minor room complaints there were no drawers to properly put stuff away and limited hooks in bathroom to hang towels but really minor complaint. The property was also beautifully kept and the large pool is perfect to lounge around all day. The spa massages were also excellent… the gym was spacious and equipment look excellent but we chose to lounge instead of working out!

The staff was AMAZING. The staff went out of their way to learn our names and made sure we had everything we needed. Bravo to the GM for building such an amazing team. Thank you K Max, K First and K James for being such good hosts!

Other really nice attributes… free flow bubbles package and live music in the lobby Friday and Saturday night. The bubbly breakfast felt much more like a proper brunch then the typical hotel buffet breakfast and I do believe they make the perfect poached egg!

It’s a perfect getaway from Bangkok and definitely the best place we have stayed in Pattaya. We will definitely be coming back!

I had booked the Ocean View room, this (like probably all the other rooms) doesn't even have a wardrobe. When I was on vacation for three weeks, I lived out of a suitcase. Is this supposed to be a 5 star hotel? You probably forgave yourself in the rush of happiness. Even in simple guest houses there is a closet! Loud music plays late into the night in the restaurant and the locations opposite the hotel. My tour operator called the hotel and told me that they wanted to talk to me. That's what surprise, of course, didn't happen. The hotel is very noisy. You can hear everything from the rooms, and that's supposed to be 5 stars...Because it's mostly Asians and Russians who stay here and they have nothing to do other than scream in their rooms because they don't know how to stay in one Hotel behavior is anything but relaxing. In addition to me, there were three English guests who shared the same opinion as me Otherwise, the staff, especially in the breakfast service and at the reception, are very, very friendly. If you want to go to the center of Pattaya, you have to take a taxi. This is hardly possible on foot! The breakfast was good, there is nothing negative to say. I can't recommend this hotel, especially since I paid money like I would for a luxury hotel but didn't get it. Very unsatisfactory and a shame! Many write in their reviews that this hotel offers peace and quiet. I say: if you want peace and quiet, you shouldn't live here...
