I visit The Lunar Beach House fairly often since I live in the area, and it has become one of my go-to spots for a relaxing meal by the sea. The atmosphere is fantastic—chic yet laid-back, with a cozy, natural aesthetic that blends perfectly with the beachside setting. Whether it’s a quiet afternoon or a vibrant evening, the place always has a great vibe.
The food is consistently good, with a well-thought-out menu that offers a mix of international and Thai dishes. Their toast is soft and flavorful, and the fried options are crispy without being greasy. The cocktails are refreshing, often with a fruity twist that complements the ocean breeze. The presentation of dishes is also worth mentioning—everything looks as good as it tastes.
Service here is friendly and attentive, which adds to the overall experience. While it can get busy during peak hours, the staff usually manage well, keeping things running smoothly.

Read moreAfter visiting here 2 years ago I was looking forward to coming back for a sunset meal with a view. I was hoping the service had improved but sadly not. We waited 20 minutes after ordering two soups and two french fries. 1st portion of french fries arrived with my tomato soup, not waiting to be rude and eat on my own I waited for my husbands meal. We waited 10 minutes for the husbands soup to arrive for it not to be what he ordered. The staff took his soup away and waiting another 5 mins my meal was going cold so I asked if they could keep warm. No staff understood this English and walked away from me instead of getting a manager who someone who can understand their customer. I used Google translate to explain my issue. My soup was taken away to be kept warm. We ate the french fries while waiting. Both soups then arrived together minus the 2nd portion of french fries. Not the dining experience we were hoping for and sadly won't be back. Staff seem untrained with lack of care awareness of serving meals together for customers to enjoy. Soup was delicious as...
Read moreUPD: Just recently visited this beautiful place for breakfast, and a lot of positive changes happened. Staff were attentive and served food fast. Add 2 more stars.🌟
Pros: The food was delicious, beautiful view and fireworks, nice decorated restaurant. And that's all.
Cons: I don't even know where to start. We visited this place on Valentine's Day, the occupancy of the restaurant was almost 100% and maybe that's why the service was disgusting, waiters aimlessly walked back and forth, and constantly asked the administrator where the specific tables were. We waited for our order for an hour and a half!!! They brought fried potatoes first, 20 minutes later pizza, I myself got up and went to look for forks and plates, because we are not used to eating with our hands. Further, we decided to cancel part of our order because we did not want to wait even longer. So disappointed, not sure if we want to revisit this place again in...
