Dear am very shocked about the quality of service and food , I used to come here for the past few year I can on April 2nd and was served by a waiter called furcan I think in the outer garden , congrats for the title worst waiter ever, first tea was called asked for a spon to mix the tea 4 time and 4th time he showed an altitude like it was our fault , order 2 order and took like 10-15 minutes and brought bread before food , asked for jam 3 times and then asked for checked because it was too much to handle and he asked me to come to the swiping machine because he can’t bring it I don’t know for what reason also when I was paying he asked for a tip and I was like wow your are amazing. I am writing this review to put my experience so that your establishment could improve the service in the near future.

First of all, the service was not that good overall, what I mean by that is that there was clear difference when the staff were dealing with local citizens and tourists, the staff were laughing and smiling with the local citizens but with us it felt like I am in a business meeting. I understand professionalism but a restaurant should feel like home.

Another thing is the portion size, each side you serve is probably just 1 gram of portion (Might be a bit more), it is ridiculous.
