Rémi İstanbul — Restaurant in Şişli

I had the misfortune of dining here recently, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we walked in, the male staff bombarded us with disdainful glares and snide remarks. It was painfully obvious they were gossiping about us, making our dining experience incredibly uncomfortable and infuriating.

Their behavior was not just unprofessional but downright disgusting. As paying customers, we expected basic respect and courtesy, not to be subjected to such juvenile and obnoxious antics.

The only redeeming factor was the kind and attentive female waitress.

Management seriously needs to put their male staff in their place. Such behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any establishment. Until they address this issue, I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this place. Save yourself the headache and dine somewhere where customers are treated with the respect...

The atmosphere and the food was nice. However the stairs leading downstairs WCs have different size of risers make it very dangerous as you lose your balance when trying to go to the toilet. This is a shame considering there seems to be put so much effort and money into interior work. All risers’ height should be the same for safety measures. I would call my interior designer and let them know about that...

Muzlu kokteyllerini mumla arıyorum 🙄

Fakat Rosado da güncel menüde favorim, vanilya severlere önerimdir. (Vanilyanın baskınlığı tatlılık yerine acılığa sebep oluyor, bunu belirtmek isterim)

Yine resimlerde iki beğendiğim kokteylleri var; Playa ve Smoke on the Water. •Playa, sumaktan gelen bir tatlılığa sahip. •Smoke on the Water ise daha farklı şeyler isteyenlere önerim. Parfümeri ile ilgileneniniz varsa deri notasını düşünün ve ananasla karıştırın. O kokunun kokteyli gibi, biraz daha yenilikçiler için. Ben bayıldım. (Deri gibi bir tadı yok, bu yüzden parfümeri üzerinden anlattım)

Arkadaşım ise Stella (ekşi sevenler için bir klasik) ve espresso martini’sini çok seviyor, yine onlardan aldı.

Yine burada otururken Vento almıştım fakat resmi yok. Porsiyonu bana oldukça küçük geldi ama lezzeti bunu gölgeledi. Porsiyon büyütülürse Rosado yerine ilk tercihim olabilir. Kavruk tereyağı, esmer şeker ve Antep fıstığı kreması içiyorsunuz gibi. İstanbulda ve aslında hayatımda içtiğim en başarılı Antep fıstıklı kokteyl. (Başarılı demek fazla iddialı durmuş olabilir, fakat kesinlikle en beğendiğim)
