The variety on the menu offered something exciting for every taste, yet each plate felt unique and thoughtfully curated.

The wine selection was just as impressive. A well-rounded variety allowed us to pair our dishes perfectly, and the staff’s recommendations showed genuine knowledge and passion for what they serve.

Speaking of staff — the true highlight of our evening was the service. A huge thank you to “Onur” and “Büşra” for making our night so incredibly special. They were attentive without being intrusive, genuinely friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their hospitality turned a wonderful dinner into an unforgettable experience.

Wow I was blown away by the fantastic food, two of our group were vegan so we ordered three vegan dishes to share, the eggplant parmigiana with tofu instead of cheese, the rigatoni pomodoro vegan style and the vegan panini. The eggplant was outstanding, the best vegan eggplant parmagiana I have ever had. The other food was excellent too but I was really blown away by the eggplant I am still thinking about it. Ritz Carlton otelin en çok tercihen iki restoranı olan Nobu ve Atölye yerine tercih etme sebebimiz bu restoran için İtalya’dan özel olarak gelen şef. Sırayla gidecek olursak sadece iki adet pencere kenarı masa var. Bu iki masa dışında atmosfer maalesef yetersiz. Kendimi lüks bir restoranda gibi hissedemedim. Çıtır kabak söyledik. O kadar inde dilimlenmişti ki resmen kâğıt gibi bir şeydi. Lezzetini almanız mümkün değil. Çipura carpaccio söyledik, sağolsun bu restoran deneyimimizi çok olumsuz etkileyen garsonun yanlış sipariş alması yüzünden manzo carpaccio geldi. Vodka soslu kalamar makarna yediğim en güzel makarnalardan birisiydi. Stracciatella pizza söyledik, güzeldi ama bir pizzada en sevmediğim şey malzemeden kaçılması. Hafif olsun diye tatlı olarak limon sorme istedik. Sunumu güzeldi, tadını da beğendik. Şimdi gelelim garson beye, pizzayı bize sormadan servis yaptı ve gitti makarna yediğimiz kirli tabakların üzerine koydu. Önce bir sorması lazımdı. Ve servisi değiştirmesi gerekiyordu. Siparişleri doğru alması gerekiyordu. Sıfır mimik sıfır tebessüm. Sanki robot servis yapıyordu. Burayı tercih edecek kişilerin fazla bir beklentiye girmemesi gerekiyor.
