The Roof at The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul — Restaurant in Şişli

During my recent visit to Istanbul, I had the pleasure of dining at the Roof restaurant located at The Ritz-Carlton, and I must say, it was an wonderful experience. The highlight of my meals was undoubtedly the Vegetable &  Mozarella Chesse Omelette, which was the most delicious I have ever tasted. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the texture was just right, making it a true culinary delight.

To complement this exquisite dish, I enjoyed my favorite Turkish coffee with sugar. The coffee was rich, aromatic, and expertly prepared, providing the perfect finish to a wonderful meal. The combination of the delectable omelette and the traditional Turkish coffee made for a memorable dining experience.

In addition to the fantastic food and drink, the ambiance of the Roof restaurant was truly special. With breathtaking views of the city and a sophisticated atmosphere, it provided the perfect setting for a leisurely meal.

Açık hava sinemasına gideceğimiz günü uzun zamandır büyük bir heyecanla bekliyorduk. Ancak bu mekâna geldiğimizde tam anlamıyla hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Kişi başı 3000 TL'lik bilet fiyatıyla en azından kaliteli bir hizmet bekliyorduk, ama ne yazık ki beklentilerimizin çok altında kaldı. Sadece bir bardak çay için tam 30 dakika bekledik. Garsonlar siparişi karıştırmış ve hangi masadan çay istendiğini unutmuşlar. Çay nihayet geldiğinde ise, bu kadar beklettiğiniz için bir özür bile dilenmedi. Akşam saatlerinde çok şiddetli rüzgar çıktı ve ciddi şekilde üşüdük. Battaniye rica ettiğimizde, battaniyelerin tükendiği ve sadece havlu kaldığı söylendi. Sonuç olarak, 3000 TL verip bir havluya sarılmak zorunda kaldım. Bu, kabul edilemez bir durum. Bu, misafirlere karşı açık bir saygısızlık. Üstelik bu kadar ücret ödeyen ve sosyal medyada geniş kitlelere ulaşan insanlar burayı güzel bir şekilde tanıtabilirken, bu şekilde kötü bir izlenimle ayrılıyor.
