Petra Topağacı — Restaurant in Şişli

This place is truly special to me. I remember walking in even before it officially opened because we loved the simple and minimalistic interior design — and they offered us coffee that day. Since then, through all these years and even during the pandemic, our loyalty to this café has never changed.

It’s the perfect spot for regulars. In my opinion, they serve one of the best coffees in Nişantaşı. The mornings here are especially magical — peaceful, cozy, and full of charm.

In recent years, it’s been featured in several international guides, which means it has become busier, and finding a table is not as easy as it used to be. Ice Matcha Latte is $10.5 (425₺). In this coffe shop, the prices are not consistent, their coffe is much much cheaper, so Matcha's price would caught you by surprise! And it's taste is avarage, not like their good coffee. I could get the similar taste with less than half of it's price in next street. If they are willing to sell it to this price, they must have justify why it has this huge price difference, there is no information.

Comparing the price with the rest of world, makes it even worse. I drank Matcha Lattes in LA, Santa Monica, Tokyo, NY, all around the world, and the closet price is equivalent to half, around $5 which has the double of the sizes...

Didn't meet my high expectations! First of all I'd never recommend getting any snacks there, first reason being the super high prices, second being the very low quality as well as stale texture and taste of it, it was obvious that the quiche had been left for at least 2 days.
