I recently visited Bambi cafe with high expectations, hoping for a delicious meal and a pleasant dining experience. However, I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. The quality of the food, coupled with the high prices, left me feeling disappointed.
I decided to try their wet hamburger, but unfortunately, the taste was not good at all. The patty was drenched in oil and excessively fatty, making it unappetizing. It was evident that the hamburger lacked the desired flavor and was not prepared with care. It was a letdown considering the reputation of the restaurant.
Next, I ordered the cheese chicken roll, which turned out to be a major disappointment as well. Instead of being filled with succulent chicken and a generous amount of cheese, the roll was primarily stuffed with French fries. The cheese was barely noticeable, and I struggled to find any traces of the chicken. This dish was a far cry from what was advertised on the menu and did not meet my expectations in terms of taste or quality.
Moreover, what added insult to injury was the pricing. The prices were considerably higher compared to other restaurants offering similar cuisines. It is disheartening to pay a premium for a meal that falls short in terms of both taste and portion size.
As a customer, I believe it is essential for a restaurant to prioritize quality and provide value for money. Unfortunately,Bambi cafe failed to deliver on both fronts. I left the establishment feeling unsatisfied and regretful of my dining choice. I cannot recommend this restaurant to others looking for a satisfying...
Read moreWe decided to try their Donner, primarily attracted by the affordable price. However, I must admit that the quality of the food left much to be desired. While the price was reasonable, I believe there are better options available in Taksim Square for a tastier meal.
Another issue we encountered was with their payment system. Unfortunately, the payment machine at Bambi Cafe did not work with my bank accounts. It took several attempts with different cards until the third one finally went through. This inconvenience added to the overall dissatisfaction of our visit.
Considering the subpar food quality and the payment issue, I would recommend exploring alternative dining options in the area. Taksim Square has a variety of restaurants that can offer a more enjoyable culinary experience. While Bambi Cafe may have its appeal for some, I believe there are better choices available that can deliver both quality and...
Read moreKumpir!
I went there for one reason and one reason alone - the famous Kumpir. I left the cafe impressed and returned the following day for another go at the delicious Kumpir. As of writing this review, the Kumpir costs 17 Liras. Toppings are your choice, you can go FULL stacked or pick your own from Cheese, Butter, Olives, Pickles, Beef etc. No chicken here.
The staff were about to undercharge me when I visited the first time, kinda odd! I went to the cashier and told him I purchased just a Kumpir and he said "That will be 15 Lira", at first I thought my eyes deceived me when I saw the price while entering but it was definitely 17 so I said "It's 17 Lira", then the staff laughed and corrected himself.
If you want to try the famous Turkish Kumpir then give Bambi a go. I didn't try the other food items on the...
