I wish from the management team to review the CCTV for additional details about the issue, the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd floor and when I asked the team about the AC, they told me that it’s not working. Once I asked them if they can turn it “ON”, they tried to explain that the AC has a major issue and cannot be turned “ON”, and because I don’t speak their language, then they, the staff, start whispering and laughing between themselves, it was completely unnecessary and inappropriate front of guests and customers.
