We came of this caffee in Galata port and we ordered the Kup Griye which was delicious but the ice cream chocolate cake and ice latte coffe wasn’t good at all. The service was so rude the waiters came many times to bother me to leave quickly we were 6 people after we finished ordering and eating everything before leaving we would like to stay more time enjoying the view but the waiter came to me twice and he spoke in turkey and was very rude asking me to leave if i am done eating , why should i stay , talking to his manager then the manager was female cam nicely asking if we are done ordering or not she was hardly smiling and very impressed of her waitress attitude in-front of people that was obviously rudeness dealing with customer.

I definitely i wouldn’t recommend this caffee to any one…rudeness is not accepted we are tourists we come to a caffee to enjoy our time in...

So, as one the established restaurant&cafe’s in turkey, Baylan has a good reputation. I usually go there for their signature ‘kup griye’. However today, I am sad to experience such a bad service and attitude. No service actually. Even we asked for a service 5 times, they literally did not cared. They turned their heads lol. So what do I have to do order. They were mean and careless, we left with my guest after 15 minutes of no care... And this is the second time that this is happening in their Galataport store. Will never go back, please not worth of your time. I am sad that this is happening...
