Nice concept. Good interior. Lots of space upstairs, though a bit too dark and gloomy but still good enough place to work with a laptop and spend as much time as you want, or to enjoy books. Meeting with friends not much recommended because the noise can distract others who come here to concentrate. Outside terrace not nice due to ugly streeet and lots of traffic and noise. Then, the worst part. The prices are equal to Switzerland or London, and the service is horrible. I have to order at the counter (self service), then they forget a spoon for a cappucino and i have to run twice to ask for it. They refused to add complimentary water to my coffee, and made me pay extra. The guy at the bar never smiles and obviously doens't know how to please the customers. With these price levels, this is unacceptable. Besides, there are no napkins. When asked, they long time couldn't understand what I wanted. No paper in the toilets. Toilets are dirty, and locked with hanging locks. The music is terrible annoying pop whig doesn't correspond with the concept of this atmosphere. There is no food to consider...

My best friend, who is is a Doctor of Literature, was greatly impressed with the selection of books and the decorations. She even found books translated into Spanish.
My son, who is an eater of cookies, was greatly impressed with his cookies and with his lemonade.
My, daughter, who is a lover of animals, was quite happy by all the cats that roamed in and out of the store. We were in Istanbul. There are cats everywhere!
Moi? I am drinker of coffee. I was impressed with the selection of blends and my latte as well as the frappe that I had later. I am also an English teacher and I was impressed with the English spoken by the baristas. Also, the menu is in English for those who do not walk with a beautiful...

I have never experienced something bad as this. He also mentions that its a misunderstanding, i asked five times to the waiter if they are really closed. And every time he responded the same. So no misunderstanding. I found a lovely patisserie close by and had my coffee there. I would suggest you all to go elsewhere to places that are more inclusive, this place obviously isn’t.
I was just refused a table. They said they were closed even though the rude waiter was just cleaning off a table; while there was a barista inside. I travelled from far to come to this place. Was excited about coming, it was open as mentioned by google and all the reviews are positive. Very...
