We dined here on our first night in Istanbul, and we were extremely happy with every aspect— the food, the service, and the atmosphere! We ordered one Chana Masala, one Baby Egg Plant Masala, one garlic naan, and one plain naan 🫓🍛 Everything was to our requested spice level (which is: to the moon). Service was excellent and top notch. While dining, one of us accidentally dropped our fork. One of the people there immediately recognized we did and went quickly to grab a new fork. As I was bending down to get the fallen fork, the guy came quickly to give the new fork and said “no no, I got it”, and picked it up— such a rapid and kind gesture. We ordered mango cauliflower, dragon cottage cheese (paneer), honey chili potatoes as appetizers and fried rice, Hakka noodles, Veg Manchurian and Tofu & Mushroom in black bean sauce for mains — and honestly, everything hit the spot. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, with good spice, though we could have used more. Portions are a good size.
While this is no Bombay Indo Chinese, it is definitely great to have this option in the...
