Mare Karaköy — Restaurant in Beyoğlu

I went up to the balcony to order something for dinner that was advertised right outside the restaurant on a big sign and I was told that I could not order what I wanted and I had to order something more expensive I liked the view so I decided to do order anyway then I asked if I get could some tea as there were people right next to me and on the balcony one floor below drinking tea the waiter said we cannot serve you tea on the balcony. I said ok can I please get the bill and speak to the manager…I spoke with the manager on my way out of the restaurant and he was so rude. We celebrated New Year here. It is a good place with a great view to the Bosphorus. The prices are a bit high but not too much. We spent ~$55 for 5 people including 20% service fee.
