The mutton MoMo was delicious, I have been craving for this exact flavor for quite some time, which I couldn't get from other Özbek or Ouyghur restaurants here in Istanbul. The Samosa was quite a surprise and differentfrom the Pakistaniand Indian ones, since it got while prices of roasted peanuts, adding a crunch and a unique texture to it, the samosa dough was crispy and had a note of aromatic spice in it, but unlike the Indian or Pakistani version it is less spicy. I loved the side sauce in particular, though it is made with very simple ingredients (peanut, tomato, a hint of ginger "probably powder" and salt, but the tiny bit of Sichuan Pepper added to it gave a whole new dimension and you probably won't know where this tangling taste sensation is coming from, as this spice is multi dimensional, giving you notes of cardamom, mastic, star anise all enveloped within a zesty cetric aroma. The soup -lental mainly- was good to be they had to be reheated for me as it arrived cold, the chopped parcely topping gave it freshness. The Buffalo Khana came with pickled side containing which I enjoyed a lot. It made everything else on that plate taste better. I was not so keen on the cauliflower side and the Buffalo dish although tasted good, came with chunks of waht seemed like cartilage that were not easy to chew so I left it aside, otherwise it was not bad. The rice was average and I don't think you can complain about it. I would recommend...
