Boheme Pizza & Panino — Restaurant in Beyoğlu

Wish i remembered to take a picture of the first pizza we ordered, it was a lot bigger, and just as this one, absolutely amazing. I think a lot of the taste of pizza comes from the dough, which in this restaurant is made incredibly. I have only tasted such dough in the better pizza places which i have been to in the world. The pizzas come piping hot with delicious melted mozzarella mixed with permesan dripping from every slice. The toppings taste fresh and every bite has distinct flavors. Very simple ingredients, just like it should be. Which is largely why we decided to add the small pizza in the picture to complete our meal even though we were full. The owner was very welcoming and was very pleasant to chat with.

First impression 👨🏽‍🍳: As soon I walked into Boheme Pizza I was welcomed by the friendly staff. The owner was very nice and friendly, also he spoke English very well which it is a rare sight in Istanbul. He recommended for me and my wife the pizzas and told us everything is halal so don't worry. The restaurant focuses only on pizzas so don't expect to have sides with your pizzas.

The place, the vibes, the music, and most importantly THE PIZZA! All of those were amazing! Pizza crust was perfectly done and crunchy. The staff was so friendly! Mr. Ahmet recommended an amazing pizza and I wasn't disappointed at all. Most important advice given by him: "No Ketchup No Mayonnaise." (Smart!) I wish I knew about this place before!
