Wow indeed. Worst milkshake I’ve ever had - tastes and looked like toilet water that someone had taken a dump in. Can’t wait to find out I’ve contracted dysentery tomorrow rip. Also shout out to beans coffee roasters for providing the cups that wow mix stole from them. Only bubbles available were blueberry - no tapioca, so it’s either berry mix or a blueberry coffee on the menu. Forced to try the berry mix, which tasted like poo - then found the straws were too small for the bubbles so you’re ultimately drinking syrupy tap water with the occasional bubble that miraculously squeezes its way through and bits of frozen expired strawberries. Oven also broke after I ordered the brownie - was subsequently asked to pay more for a substitute item due to the issue, when I declined the manager took 3-5 working days to refund it. On the plus side, after the week long wait was over I could finally drink the bubbles that had dissolved into the melted ice from my drink. Also had to remortgage my house for this experience. Can’t wait to never come...
Read moreDisappointing quality, but staff responded when we complained I visited WOW Mix Istanbul and unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. The ice cream had no real taste — it was bland and lacked any flavor or creaminess. We were really surprised considering how appealing the presentation looked.
We also ordered bubble tea, but the milk tasted off, almost sour or low-quality. We politely asked the staff to check the quality and replace the drink, and to their credit, they did respond and changed it. We also asked them to review the prices and product quality, as it didn't match what we paid for.
While we appreciated the fact that they were helpful and willing to replace the drink, the overall quality was still disappointing. For the price, the experience should have been much better.
There are many other spots in Istanbul with better quality desserts and drinks. I hope they improve, because the idea is nice — but taste and product standards...
Read morePlease read this before you go. Two young people working in this cafe (one of them the owner, in his own words) inflicted psychological violence on a child on the street and made him cry for minutes! The young man, the cafe manager, accused a street kid of theft without any evidence and confiscated his money that had fallen on the ground. He repeatedly threatened to beat the boy in front of everyone. The cafe employee even dared to force the boy into physical violence upon his manager's request. I hope the owner of this place, who committed violence against an innocent child for minutes, reads what has been written here. If the manager, who owns the cafe as he said, person committing violence, I hope they go bankrupt as soon as possible. That is what those who do not know tradesmanship and...
