I stopped by just before leaving the country, thanks to a strong recommendation from a friend—and I’m so glad I did! If you’re looking for authentic, flavorful kebab in a casual, fast-food-style setting, this place is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

Ambience & Cleanliness: The restaurant has both a first and second floor, with a casual and relaxed atmosphere. Cleanliness was decent—nothing special, but acceptable.

Service: Even though some of the staff didn’t speak English, they were very kind and greeted me with warm smiles. Their friendly attitude made the experience pleasant.

Food Quality: The grilled meat was incredibly flavorful and juicy—charcoal-grilled to perfection, locking in all the umami. The spices added a kick that made it quite addictive. I also appreciated being able to enjoy vegetables alongside the meat. The portion was a bit too much for one woman to finish, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing!

Price: Very affordable, especially considering the generous portion size and the excellent taste. Great value for money.

Location & Access: Easy to find, convenient location.

Seems redundant to say since you can hardly go wrong with the kebab in this city, It’s their specialty and I’m not “experienced” enough to spot the difference. But the kebab we had here was exceptional! I got the liver and chicken sis. They were on their last liver but they offered it to me as a mixed kebab with my choice of another meat. The bread was delicious. Dipped in a flavorful oil, thin, and flexible. Perfect to take and wrap it like a blanket around a piece of meat and stuff in your mouth😅. And it kept being refilled! (I hated this part for my summer body)

I loved that they had a “tasting menu” where you could sample mezzes and kebab as a single serving! That was absolutely genius because I was stressed about coordinating my choices with my dad but we were able to each have what we wanted in the perfect portion.

The ambience is very sweet and characteristic. It was quite busy on Sunday and they are one of the few restaurants open this day which is what brought us by. The service is very kind and efficient. Glad we discovered this gem. I lived here for 2.5 years and hadn’t...

I’ve eaten here for 4 nights in a row – it’s hands down the best place in Taksim, and honestly, one of the best in not only Istanbul but all of Turkey!

The food is incredibly delicious, the atmosphere is warm, friendly, and has that authentic traditional feel. I especially love the wraps – the chicken şiş wrap and kebab wrap are my favorites! The Tavuk şiş is unbelievably good – so tender and flavorful – and the kebab is just amazing. Everything I’ve tried has been top quality.

Another thing I really appreciate is the staff – every time I go or even just pass by, they greet me with a smile and such welcoming energy. They’re always so friendly and make you feel at home.

And the prices? So reasonable and cheap, especially compared to most other restaurants in Taksim. The quality you get for the price is unbeatable.
