I recently had the most amazing experience at the spa, where I enjoyed a soothing massage, sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath session. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how attentive and welcoming the entire staff was. They ensured I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout my visit, offering guidance and answering all of my questions with a smile.

The atmosphere was nothing short of relaxing. The spa was peaceful and beautifully designed, with a serene ambiance that immediately helped me unwind. Every area, from the sauna to the steam room, was spotless and well-maintained, and the Turkish bath was a true highlight. The facilities were top-notch, and it was evident that a lot of care and attention went into maintaining such a high standard.

I would like to give a special mention to Novi, my therapist, whose skill and professionalism made the experience even more exceptional. Novi was not only incredibly talented but also truly attentive to my needs, customizing the massage to ensure maximum relaxation. Her calming energy and expert technique left me feeling completely rejuvenated and refreshed.

I’m really surprised of the good comments here. For real , this experience was very terrible and the worst ever. The staff are extremely rude and very very very bad, especially the front desk manger and the lady who served me Liu. They were not respecting and listing to my personal requests as I told her to not touch my foot because it’s itching me, however she has screamed on me and didn’t respect my request and behaving very bad and terrible. Afterwards, I was trying to express my experience and concern to the manager for such improvement and further avoidance with other customers , but she said it clear “ I TRUST MY THERAPY TEAM MORE THAN CUSTOMERS”. So this is not reflecting the good comments as it’s totally the opposite and not expected at all. The staff are again very very bad and disrespectful and highly not recommended to deal with them at all and experience this place.

From the experiences side: Nothing special as it’s regular Sauna ,message and showers. Nothing represents the Turkish vibes or products. The staff are fully Asian but not a well-trained to offer the turkish vibes or experience.

I recently visited Alayirka Hamam in Istanbul and had an enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I stepped in. The Turkish bath service was professionally executed, allowing me to indulge in a truly authentic and rejuvenating experience. The massage I received was also top-notch, leaving me feeling relaxed and refreshed.

While the overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The swimming pool, although beautiful, was a bit on the colder side, which affected my ability to fully enjoy it. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that there was no Jacuzzi in the spa, as I had hoped to further enhance my relaxation with a soothing hydrotherapy session.
