I was there last friday night with a friend. In order to get in, we had to leave our jackets at the cloakroom and we got a ticket. When we decided to go home, both our jackets where gone and they appologized and said, they must have given it to the wrong person. I called the police, but they didn't come. After a discussion with all kind of personell, the bouncer even laughed about me. Absolutely unbelievable behaviour and it felt like a punch in the face!!! The next day I came back with my turkish friend who stayed the night at the hotel (I am German and I guess they realized that I am tourist) for getting my jacket back. It was an expensive leather jacket and my friend had a trench coat. The club owner did not even try to call anyone of the personell for clarification, neither did he looked at his recordings from cameras. He even admited, some of the personell must have probably stolen it but he can't do anything about it. I had a good time in Istanbul, but this experience made me really doubt in faith of humanity. I was so disapointed, that someone could ever trick me so badly... I hope you will never make such an experience, so better stay away of places...

I came here a couple of times with friends and had a good time. The bartenders are super nice. Only this time I was having a chill night by myself, stopped by to have a drink downstairs and before heading home, I just wanted to check out upstairs briefly to end the day on a positive note. The security didn’t let me in (because I was without a “lady”) even though I’ve explained to him that I was there two days ago. I live in the USA and just wanted to have a good time during my brief visit to Istanbul without bothering anyone—this was frustrating and uncalled for to say the least after I considered this place to be a place I can always rely on.
