Grand Hisar Hotel — Hotel in Beyoğlu

Grand Hisar Hotel is the most horrible hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I was deceived because I originally booked another hotel. When I arrived at the hotel with my booking confirmation, I was told that the hotel was overcrowded and moved me to a hotel nearby (definitely tell another story about how these hoteliers cheat). It was Grand Hisar Hotel. Absolute disrespect to the customer who pays money. The room as well as shower room were quite dirty, old furniture. Moreover, mold in shower room. Absolute unsanitary (photos attached). No isolation from the street, at night it is impossible to sleep because of the noisy Istiklal Street. I’ve spent only one night there and it was awfully. Room smelled of cigarettes. Hotel staff was smoking in the lobby.|Room was also not far from the kitchen and at night we can smell them cooking.|Noise from the street is as if the room is in a club.|We also could hear the conversation from next door.|Wi-fi didn’t work half the time and you had to go back to the front desk every time since they don’t give out the password.|There was one queen bed and a single bed in a tiny room, and almost no space for luggage. We booked a hotel room through the website. We arrived at the place, and the person at the reception told us that he could not give to us a room, and demanded additional money for each booked night in the amount of 50 euros.
