One of the best döner stations/places that you can visit in Istanbul!
First of all it is based right in the corner of the Ali Pasha Mosque, a really unique and historical place right in the middle of Beyazıt, really close to Grand Bazaar. In fact, I and my girlfriend discovered this amazing place when we were circling around the Grand Bazaar just to learn more about its historical environment. Suddenly it smell something delicious and then we saw people waiting for their döner and decided to give it a shot. And it was absolutely one of the best döners of my entire life! In fact, I travel for two hour just to there every once in a while.

Read morePassed this place on our way and saw the enormous queue, so we decided to join it and give the kebabs a try. They come in 4 sizes: quarter / half / whole baguette or in a box (without the bread), and 3 choices of meat for each size (single, one and a half or double meat). There are a couple of chairs outside, and there is room inside across the street to eat your kebab. Food was all right: the bread is very fresh and the kebab meat juicy. However, I'm afraid that I'm not quite sure what caused the queue - had there been none, I would not have raved about this kebab...
Read moreAh i thought it will be a one of a kind but after waiting about 20 minutes on the line the experience is just mediocre. The hype around it because it's location and history, was huge. But if you are looking for a quick doner bread there are far more better options around the neighbourhood. Trying to be fast and unique alltogether is a hard job to do i believe this place couldn't made it. It was still good but the eating area is below mediocre and there is nothing special after eaiting that much. I hope the place gets better, beacuse as i heard it was much more...
