I'm giving two stars mainly because of the view. However, the service was a major letdown. The waiters, especially the younger ones, seemed upset for no reason and lacked professionalism and hospitality. The hookah tasted like burning carbon, which was particularly disappointing given the high prices. I also noticed discrepancies between the listed prices and what they actually charged. To make matters worse, when I tried to pay by credit card, they attempted to scam me – the machine declined my card, but I received a notification showing a significantly higher amount being charged. After 1 piece of degustation we informed the server of the uncooked condition of the pizza. Still pretty bad afterwards, didn’t eat much of it. When asking for the bill they refer us to the counter where the manager is, he didn’t care about the bad service neither the bad food and just asked to pay in full.
