Echo Bar — Restaurant in Kaş

If you are looking for a cosy place with beautiful live music - Echo definitely has these to offer. I haven't tried their cocktails, but they seem nice too. After having seen their quite appealing food presentation on Instagram, we decided to give it a go - greatly disappointing. We got 2 different burgers - the meat was dry, portions small, fries made out of cheapest frozen potatoes you could imagine. Asked for bbq sauce - it didn't exist. Kofteci Yusuf would be a more satisfactory option at a much cheaper price. 640 for 2 really bad burgers seemed like a rip off. Sad, because they position themselves as a gastro pub and the place does look like it could be one, but in reality all u get is expensive fast food. The beautiful band that played tonight was the only thing that 'saved' this otherwise a complete disaster...

Was expecting a lot better atmosphere and service! Average (on the low side) service and overpriced..! No "over average buzz" like Belvedere/Gray Goose or single-malt whiskey of any kind (may be they didn't have that night!). For a single shot of 5cc Hendrics gin and a small bottle of tonic, I was charged 650TL (~US$20) without tip as of Saturday, June 20, 2024. On Sunday, June 21, I took attached photos in a nearby regular market..I'll not visit again and is recommended at visitors own risk. Music is OK though..

The venue is centrally located in Kaş, offering a lovely, dimly lit atmosphere. Almost every day until 10:30 PM, different acoustic duo bands perform live music in the garden, creating a cozy vibe. After 10:30 PM, the live music continues indoors. The cocktails are delightful, especially their signature drinks, 'Chuckberry' and 'Pure Madness.' I highly recommend trying them.
