Best steak I've had in Türkiye or in most countries I've traveled to. Much better than the Salt Bae in Istanbul. I'm from Canada and I'm used to great quality steak done rare and this was better than most. So far, this is my 4th steak in Türkiye and they were all overcooked, and relatively tough, even using pictures to explain how red I wanted my meat. This steak was the exception!
