I went in on a Friday night and I was the only one there. Now I know why. I ordered seam bream with buttered potatoes and pest sauce. That's how it's written on the menu. I was given a basket of stale bread(no butter)and 2 pieces of fish with lettuce leaves and no salad dressing. When I asked where are the butter potatoes, the waiter said that was extra. I pulled up the menu and showed him. He went to the cook and said he could give me french fries. I wanted fish and boiled potatoes, not processed fried bag food. I asked for the pesto sauce. He poured some out of a jar and put it on a plate. The fish was not seasoned and over cooked. All of this wouldn't have upset me if they didn't make it seem like I was crazy for knowing what I ordered. If you're out of something, tell me before making the order so I can order something else accordingly. Dont just give me grass instead of what I asked for. During this time, a couple walked in and the waiter kept telling me to wait as he attended to them. They came, ordered, ate, and paid before I did. Please don't go here. Not foreigner...

We arrived at the restaurant and it was very calm, not many people there. We had an amazing time, such good service as well! Our waiter Fahrettin was absolutely delightful and kind! He attended to what we needed and the service was quick! We had to use Google translate as he spoke little English however he is an amazing amazing waiter and I hope many people get to experience his service! Worst experience ever. Heating system doesn't work. It was freezing. Half of the food we tried to order was not available. How can a restaurant cannot serve pizza and pasta at the same time on a Friday night? Elevator stopped functioning. We had to take the stairs for 8 floors.
