My husband and I have stayed at this beautiful hotel for 11 days in Antalya.
We really don't know where to start. We read the reviews before booking the hotel. In any case, we cannot understand the bad comments described. You can safely book this beautiful hotel with the best staff.
My husband and I travel many times a year. We have been to so many different hotels. But we must honestly say we have never seen such a beautiful, smiling staff and boss in the same place. It is so wonderful to see the boss and his staff smiling together.
When we arrived in front of the hotel, the most beautiful service ever started. We were welcomed and greeted beautifully by Mr. Ahmed who had the biggest beautiful smile on his face. We were then informed so nicely about everything at the reception. We immediately felt this warmth and safe from him. We really appreciate that. 🙏
The room we stayed in was really so beautiful and smelled so good when we entered. The most important of all. The room was very clean!. I really care that the room is clean, as it is the place where you have to sleep. There was really nothing to put a finger on. Everything worked.
Every single eternal day we could feel the beautiful warmth and atmosphere that we were inside.
In any case, we would like to thank them all for the best stay and best service ever. Thanks to the cleaning team, thanks to the restaurant and the chef, for the good food. Thanks to the reception and thanks to the Chief.
Mr. Ahmed you do it all so well that we noticed you fly all over the place for your guests. You are worth your weight in gold, but remember to take care of yourself too. Always keep your beautiful smile and your beautiful mind.

They are all, in their own way, truly wonderful, smiling and helpful as well as thoughtful staff who make their guests smile.
Location is perfect. It is right opposite the kaleiçi if you want to go for a walk. Then there is a small supermarket just a few meters away if you need something urgent.
If you want to shop, you have MarkAntalya Center which you can go to, as it is also very close. Otherwise, you have to walk the street just around the corner.

Read moreOn arrival I was welcomed by an older man on reception, seemed friendly and pleasant. I was excited to arrive as the pictures of the hotel online looked nice. I had to take my own luggage to my room, which wasn't a big issue, but I have stayed in cheaper places and had a better guest service. Entering the room I noticed a smell, the bathroom was unclean, the fridge was old and musty looking i did not want to place my drinks inside the fridge and i did not use the cups or glasses provided throughout my stay, I decided at that point it's not a room I could be 100% comfortable in. I had to buy cleaning products from the shop to clean my room and get rid of the bad smell before I could unpack and get settled. Breakfast was good, but same selections every day but definitely sufficient. You can only use the sauna for 1 hour, they offer no water or tea when using this facility. The sauna would benefit from a deep antibacterial clean. I didnt take evening meals in the restaurant due to unavailability of menu in the room and when I went to inquire about the food, I was informed the restaurant was closed (it was 8pm). The goods thing about this hotel is if you want to shop or sight see the location is great, if your not to bothered about high quality cleaning and your not planning to spend too much time in your room its okay. It was an okay hotel but I have stayed in much better for the same price. For me the cleaning was a big let down 👇. Read moreEverything was good about the Hotel except for one staff member - Mr. Ahmet who was at the reception in the night. ||We checked in to the hotel around 12:30 - 1 am in the night. Inspite of doing advance booking and paying all the money, the hotel did not give us our selected category room the first night. They said they are upgrading us for a day and next day morning we need to check in to another room. Mr. Ahmet said that he is doing favour on us which we had not asked for. On asking him to give us our booked room he said these are the only rooms available. He was so rude that he went to the extent to ask us go away in the middle of night to any other hotel if we don't take the given rooms. What's the point of advance booking then??||Next day we met the owner Mr. Kamer. He was a thorough gentleman. We spoke to him about the behaviour of Mr. Ahmet and he assured that it will not happen again. He will take care of it. Mr. Kamer did what ever best he could to make our stay pleasant. Mr. Kamer even organised for Cake and Bottle of wine for my wife's birthday. Nice and appreciable gesture from him. Thank you.||But again that night Mr. Ahmet spoilt it. No where in the world, the reception staff ask you to come down and give the Soiled towels to get the fresh ones. He made us come down to give Soiled towels. He was rude. He kept on saying that he is alone and does not have help. ||I request the Sky Kamer Management to set some rules and guidelines for the staff behaviour.
