I have never had to write a bad review but this place was simply horrible. This was the worst food my family and I have ever had. We had just came off of a full day of travel and were very hungry. When we walked in excited to eat some Indian food we were greeted by a grumpy waiter who then sat us down and tossed menus. We came in and placed our orders and they were out within 5 minutes. We ordered rotis, paneer tika masala, spicy salmon, and rice. The rotis came out extremely dry and cracked and tasted like paper. Even the buttered rotis tasted poorly. The paneer tika masala was even worse with the paneer not being fully cooked and tasting like rubber. The jeera rice was also not fully cooked. The fish was fried and not even fully thawed in some areas. Overall the food was simply horrible. I am certain it was all microwaved considering the taste and the constant ding in the background that we kept hearing. The worst part was when we confronted the management about the quality of the food we were immediately shut down. The manager said “We have many Indian people eating here, I don’t see what the problem is.” Please do not visit this restaurant! There are many other locally owned restaurants in the area that are delicious and run by...
Read moreI usually don’t leave many reviews let alone a bad one but this time I have too! The food was atrocious! Please don’t order the rotis and the jeera rice they all came out microwaved and not fresh at all . There was absolutely zero hospitality and the management team was actually very rude. Please save yourself some time, money, and your taste buds and don’t come here.
Update Below the management team has left a response stating that I requested a discount and was declined- hence my bad review. I would like to clarify that I never did ask for a discount of any form and was simply wanted my opinion of the food to be heard. Additionally, my family and I finished all of the food since we morally do not waste ANY food. Therefore eating an entire meal there I can confidently say that it was truly a...
Read moreLet’s be honest here: the experience didn’t live up to the authenticity often described in other reviews. While it’s nice to find an Indian restaurant in Pamukkale, the dishes didn’t meet expectations for authentic Indian flavors.
Ordered Dishes:
•Paneer Butter Masala: Lacked the authentic taste you’d expect from this classic dish. •Jeera Rice: Tasted good but served in a small portion. •Dal Tadka: Just okay, didn’t stand out. • Butter Roti: Made from maida (as clarified by the order taker), but it was cold and tough to chew.
Overall Feedback: If you’re looking for authentic Indian food, this may not be the best choice. However, it could work if you’re simply trying to take a break from Turkish cuisine.
With all due respect to the owner and chef, there’s room for improvement in terms of flavor...
