Kuymak: tereyaglari kendilerine ozel uretiliyor, samsun bolgesinden, cok iyi.
Kavurmali kapali pide: cok sert kitir dokusu olan, muhtesem bir pide. Kimilerine cok kizarmis ve sert gelebilir ama bence guzel bir ozellik bu. Tereyagi yine harika.
Ispir fasulyesi: cok iyi. Bu fasulyenin klasik kuru fasulyeden farki, tepside pismesi, suyunun cok az olmasi, cok fazla tereyagi ile yapilmasi ve biraz seker katilmasi. Fasulyenin irki da farkli tabii ki.
Lufer: gayet guzeldi, daha az pisirilebilir. Kilcikli sunum da cok zorluyor yemeyi. Kilciksiz bir sunum daha keyifli olur.
Kalkan: pisirme derecesi cok iyiydi, dokusu cok daha karakteristik bir balik. Daha civik, daha yumsak ve yagli bir doku. Dikenlerinden ayiklamak biraz zorlu fakat yine de luferden iyiydi.
