Ugaroll Kisementi — Restaurant in Kampala

Ugaroll Kisementi is terrible when it comes to deliveries. The whole point of not using delivery apps and calling directly to place my order is to reduce on the waiting time. Thrice I have placed orders to deliver just at Windsor Crescent and it takes 1 and a half hours to bring it.

On top of that the service people keep lying that the rider already set off. Only for the rider to call you an hour later still at Ugaroll Kisementi.

I was so disappointed I ordered for chicken ugaroll but the guy mixed chicken with beef .
