A gem of modern Georgian cuisine in Kyiv, Shoti is steeped in tradition yet refined in every detail. Every spice is brought directly from Georgia—even during times of war—and the wine collection rivals the finest anywhere.
The menu celebrates both heritage and innovation: from classic jonjoli (pickled bladdernut) with artisanal sunflower oil and hand-folded khinkali made to order, to trout delicately prepared with Georgian saffron, or lamb stew slow-cooked with herbs, wine, chickpeas, and potatoes. For dessert, there’s a honey cake laced with candied green walnuts—a contemporary nod to age-old sweets.

At Shoti, sophistication isn’t about embellishment—it’s about pure, honest flavors from the freshest premium ingredients, crafted with care and reverence for tradition. If that’s your language of taste, Shoti will...

The restaurant is Georgian by the way, so all courses were with that specific. For all 4 dishes I have paid 650 uah. Portions were okay sized....
