Ok I have visited this place twice. The triple hamburger is great. But they repeated no pickle numerous times and the hamburger had seven (7) in it. The RAP music was offensive, the vulgar language and the disrespect to women is unacceptable. We had hoped it was just an error in management that day. Friends ask that I meet them here. So upon arrival the same offensive music (RAP) is playing. There were children here and you would think someone in management would be an adult. I'm in Lviv for three more weeks but I will not come back here. I would recommend that management post signs in English that offensive music is played. Also it was disgusting that an employee wearing a glove went to the bathroom and exited the bathroom still wearing the glove. It's atrocious and nauseating that anyone in the world today is unaware that proper hand washing is key to managing and preventing food contamination. And wearing gloves in the bathroom and returning to work can cause diarrhea, typhoid, cholera, polio...

As an American, I’d like to say I know burgers pretty well since I’ve been eating them half my life. Safe to say this is the best burger I’ve had since moving to Europe 10 years ago. Absolutely everything was amazingly on point, the Bloody Mary I had alongside it was great as well. What really made me fall in love with it though was my girlfriend. She’s hated burgers all her life but the pure blissful smile she devoured the “special truffle one” made my day, probably my week, and was one of the best highlights of our vacation. The waitress (I can’t remember her name) was one of the kindest people I’ve meet. It was her first day on Friday and she was such a sweetheart despite being tired and it being a long day. 10/10 guys, we’ll be back every time we come visit...

I'm a huge fan of burgers and have traveled to many places, but I must say, their vegetarian burger stands out as the most delicious one I've ever had. It's simply unparalleled. I've yet to find another burger that even comes close in taste and satisfaction.

While I absolutely adore their vegetarian burger, I have to mention that the service wasn't always perfect. While the staff were consistently friendly and nice, there were occasions when I had to wait quite a while for the waiter to take my order.
